Types of Refunds
1. Full Refund
Available when service is completely non-functional from our side or not delivered within 24-48 hours.
Timeframe: 100% refund if claimed within 48 hours of purchase
2. Partial Refund
When service stops working before the subscription period ends, we calculate refund based on remaining days. and Note: only eligible when issue is from our ends.
Formula: (Remaining Days ÷ Total Days) × Purchase Amount
3. Service Extension
Alternative to refund: We provide additional service time equal to the downtime period if the issue is on our end.
Example: If a ABC account is not delivered on the date of your purchase due to an issue on our end, the subscription period will start from the day it is provided, or we may extend your subscription for the days it was not active.
